Finally the main thing to stress is not demand much in our activities (work, study ...), doing physical exercise, eating a healthy and natural, doing relaxation techniques to relieve muscle tension and mental health.

The solution to this problem is to have a proper life style, changing bad habits, We teach our children good eating habits and encourage physical activity (sports, games, rides, excursions ...).
3.Solution to the destruction of forest
To reduce deforestation is important doing tree-free paper and replacing the wood as building materials for environmentally appropriate alternatives.We must stop the excessive expansion to consolidate and converted into pasture areas and integrate with other activities, creating a sustainable alternate land use. Also, the schools and colleges work together to recycle paper and other so well set an example to teachers and all adults. The people should even campaign locally on these serious problems.
